These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the FastVisor VPN mobile application (the “App”, “Service”) provided by VİSORYA YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. (“Visorya”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the App.
An authoritative Turkish version of these Terms is published on this site; in the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Description of the Service
FastVisor VPN is a virtual private network (VPN) service that aims to improve your online privacy and security by encrypting your internet traffic. The App establishes an encrypted connection between your device and our servers and routes your internet traffic through these servers.
The App is offered as an ad-supported free version and as a paid premium subscription that includes additional features.
2. Eligibility and Account
To use the App you must have reached the age of majority in your country of residence, or use the App with the consent of your legal guardian. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
The App does not require account creation for its core functionality. If you purchase a premium subscription, the transaction and subscription management is handled through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Any activity that violates applicable local, national or international laws
Unauthorized access, hacking, malware distribution or any act that threatens network security
Sending spam, fraud, phishing or other deceptive activities
Sharing or downloading content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights
Accessing or distributing illegal content, including child sexual abuse material
Activities that harm, harass, threaten or contain hate speech against others
Attempts to overload the Service infrastructure or disrupt its operation
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access without prior notice in case of any violation of these rules.
4. Premium Subscriptions, Payments and Renewal
4.1 Purchasing a Subscription
Premium subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your platform. Payment is charged to the relevant store account upon confirmation of purchase.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged to your store account within the 24 hours preceding the end of the period.
4.3 Managing and Cancelling
You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can continue to use premium features until then.
4.4 Refunds
Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the platform where the purchase was made (Apple or Google). Visorya cannot process refunds directly for payments made through these stores. Please contact the relevant store's support channels for refund requests.
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be notified in advance as required by applicable law and will not affect your current subscription period.
5. Advertising
The free version of the App contains third-party advertisements. These ads are served and displayed by our advertising partners. You can switch to a premium subscription for an ad-free experience. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about the data practices of advertising partners.
6. Service Availability
We use reasonable efforts to provide the Service without interruption and free from defects; however, we do not guarantee that the App will always be accessible. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, problems caused by infrastructure providers or reasons outside our control may cause interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Service, certain features or server locations, with or without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its content — including but not limited to software, design, logos, trademarks, text and graphics — belong to Visorya or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Under these Terms you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
8. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services (app stores, advertising networks, analytics tools, etc.). The terms of use and privacy policies of these third parties apply to your use of those services. Visorya is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
We make no express or implied warranties that the App will operate uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
A VPN service improves your online privacy but does not guarantee complete anonymity or absolute security. You remain ultimately responsible for your online safety.
Visorya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption) arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in this section limits liabilities (including those arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence) that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Visorya harmless from any damages, claims, lawsuits and costs that Visorya may incur as a result of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the App.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the App or by another appropriate method. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend periodically reviewing the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
12. Termination
We may terminate your access to the App without prior notice if you breach these Terms. You may end your use at any time by deleting the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, etc.) will continue to apply.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Konya, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms. If consumer protection laws of your country grant you additional rights, those rights are reserved.
