At VİSORYA YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. (“Visorya”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”) we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process — and what we do not — when you use the FastVisor VPN application (the “App”), and your rights.
This Policy is prepared in compliance with applicable data protection legislation, including the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). An authoritative Turkish version of this Policy is published on this site; in the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Our Core Principle: No-Log
FastVisor VPN operates on a strict no-log policy. This is our most important commitment. While using the App:
- We do not log the websites you browse, the addresses you visit or your DNS queries.
- We do not monitor, store or share the content of your internet traffic with any third party.
- We do not record the IP address assigned to you during your VPN session in a way that could be linked to your connection history.
- We do not keep traffic logs of downloaded or uploaded data.
In short, we do not hold any record that could associate your online activity with you.
2. Information We Process
Despite our no-log policy, a limited amount of information is processed to operate, improve and bill the App. This information is described below.
2.1 Limited Technical and Diagnostic Data
To maintain stability and resolve issues, some technical data that does not directly identify you may be processed:
- App version, operating system type and version, device model
- Crash reports and error logs
- Aggregated and anonymous performance data, such as whether a connection succeeded
This data is used to measure service quality, not to identify individual users.
2.2 Subscription and Payment Information
When you purchase a premium subscription, the payment is processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Visorya does not see, receive or store your credit card number, bank details or billing address. We only receive the subscription status information from the relevant store to verify whether your subscription is active.
2.3 Advertising-Related Data
The free version of the App displays ads through third-party advertising networks. These networks may independently collect certain data (such as advertising identifier, approximate location, IP address, device information and interaction data) to deliver ads and measure their performance. This collection is governed by the relevant advertising partner's own privacy policy and is independent of Visorya's no-log policy. You can remove ads and the related data collection by switching to a premium subscription.
2.4 Support Communications
When you contact us at support@fastvisorvpn.com, we process the email address and message content you share in order to respond to your request. We use this information only to resolve your support request.
3. Information We Do Not Process
For the sake of transparency, we also state what we do not collect:
- Your browsing history, sites visited or DNS queries
- The content of your VPN traffic
- Direct identity information such as name, surname, home address (except information you voluntarily share for support)
- Sensitive personal data (health, religion, political opinions, etc.)
4. Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis
- Providing the core VPN functionality of the App — Performance of a contract
- Troubleshooting, stability and performance improvements — Legitimate interest
- Verifying premium subscription status — Performance of a contract
- Displaying advertising in the free version — Consent / legitimate interest (depending on applicable law)
- Responding to support requests — Legitimate interest / performance of a contract
- Compliance with legal obligations — Legal obligation
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data and do not rent it for marketing purposes. Information may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Cloud infrastructure, crash reporting and analytics partners acting solely on our behalf and on our instructions.
- Advertising partners: As described in section 2.3 above, only in the free version.
- App stores: Apple and Google, in relation to subscription transactions.
- Legal obligations: Where there is a valid court order or legal request. However, due to our no-log policy, we have no records of your online activity that we could share.
6. Data Retention
Pursuant to our no-log policy we do not retain data about your online activity. The limited technical data we process and support correspondence are kept only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by legal retention obligations, and are deleted or anonymised at the end of that period.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and administrative measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. These measures include strong encryption protocols that protect your traffic. However, no system is 100% secure and the absolute security of transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
8. International Data Transfers
Our servers and service providers may be located in different countries. Where the limited data we process is transferred outside your country, the transfer is carried out in compliance with applicable data protection legislation and with appropriate safeguards.
9. Children's Privacy
FastVisor VPN is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age limit determined in your country) and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group. If we discover that we have processed a child's data, we will delete it as soon as possible.
10. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection legislation (Article 11 of the KVKK and the GDPR) you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request access to and information about the processed data
- To request rectification or erasure of the data
- To object to processing and withdraw your consent
- To request restriction of the processing of your data
- To exercise the right of data portability
- To lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority — KVKK)
To exercise these rights you can contact us at support@fastvisorvpn.com. We will respond to your request within the period prescribed by applicable law. Please note that due to our no-log policy we hold very little data that can be associated with you.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will announce material changes within the App or by another appropriate method. You can always find the most current version on this page and track changes via the “Last Updated” date.
